        The main process of the domestic sewage treatment plan is composed of an anaerobic biochemical system and an aerobic biochemical system, which are integrated for daily life and then combined with a sedimentation tank and a clean water tank. The Blue One Environmental Protection Technology R&D team has developed a complete and updated intelligent sewage treatment plan based on domestic and foreign technologies, and has received high praise from customers from all walks of life in practice! The following is Blue One's new intelligent sewage treatment solution.

        Process Description
        The domestic sewage is first sent to the manure regulation tank and pumped into the anaerobic tank by a lift pump. After deep biochemical treatment in the contact oxidation tank to achieve purification effect, it flows into the sedimentation tank for sedimentation treatment. The settled clear water flows into the clear water tank and is then sent to the automatic irrigation device by the lift pump for greening irrigation in your unit;
        The septic tank is an original concrete structure with a hydraulic design retention time of 6 hours. It contains a lift pump to regulate and balance the concentration of organic matter in the incoming water, which is beneficial for the subsequent treatment of organic matter in the water body.
        Anaerobic tanks (degradation) have biological degradation, physical sedimentation, and adsorption functions. Under anaerobic conditions, microorganisms intercept large molecules and difficult to degrade organic matter in wastewater and gradually transform them into small molecules and easily degradable organic matter, in order to improve the biodegradability of wastewater and enable it to be completely degraded in contact oxidation units.
        The biological contact oxidation tank (purification) uses aerobic microorganisms attached to the packing material under the oxygenation conditions of underwater aerators, which feed on organic matter in sewage and degrade organic pollutants through metabolic processes, thus purifying the sewage.
        The biological contact oxidation tank is made of carbon steel structure, with a hydraulic retention time of 8 hours, containing elastic packing and aeration device, and a dissolved oxygen concentration of 2-5 mg/l. The wastewater in the biological contact oxidation tank is further absorbed and decomposed through aerobic respiration of microorganisms, effectively treating organic matter in the wastewater. The treated water and some sludge impurities enter the sedimentation tank through the drainage weir.
        Denitrification: Under aerobic conditions, a large amount of nitrate (NO3) is produced and refluxed to the anoxic zone through the mixed solution. Under anaerobic conditions, denitrifying bacteria use nitrate as an electron acceptor to oxidize organic matter in water for production and proliferation. At the same time, nitrogen in nitrate undergoes a series of decomposition changes, converting it into nitrogen gas N2 and escaping from it, thus achieving the goal of nitrogen removal.
        Phosphorus removal: During the alternating operation of aerobic and anaerobic processes, phosphorus removal can be achieved while removing carbon containing organic pollutants. The main purpose of wastewater dephosphorization is achieved through the accumulation and release of phosphorus by biological cells.
        The sedimentation tank is made of carbon steel structure, with a hydraulic retention time of 3 hours, and contains inclined tube packing, effectively improving the treatment effect of sludge.
